New York Savings ("NYS," "we," "us") operates trynysavings.com and related sites. We connect business owners with third-party funding providers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details — name, email address, and phone number you provide in our forms or by phone.
- Business information — business name, industry, time in business, approximate monthly revenue, requested funding amount and purpose.
- Account information — the email address and password you use to create an account (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider), plus profile details you add to your account.
- Application details — information you enter in a funding application, such as entity type, EIN, business and owner addresses, ownership percentage, revenue and profit figures, and date of birth if you choose to provide it.
- Documents you upload — files you choose to attach to your application (for example bank statements, tax returns, or identification), stored in access-controlled private cloud storage.
- Usage data — pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, IP address, and similar analytics signals.
We do not ask for your Social Security number to show you initial offers, and browsing this site involves no credit inquiry of any kind.
2. How we use it
- To match your business with funding options and share your information with funding partners who may be able to fund you.
- To contact you about your request — by phone, text message, and email, including calls and texts placed with automated dialing technology and AI-assisted voice agents, where you have consented.
- To process and review your funding application, verify the information you provide, and follow up with you to complete missing items (for example, requesting bank statements).
- To improve this site, measure marketing performance, and prevent fraud.
Phone and text consent. When you submit a form with your phone number, you agree that NYS and its funding partners may call or text you at that number about funding options, including through automated technology and AI assistants. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell any caller you wish to stop receiving calls.
Accounts and applications. When you create an account, you agree to receive informational calls, texts, and emails about your account and your application (for example, status updates and requests for missing documents). Marketing calls and texts are separate: we send those only if you check the optional marketing-consent box at signup, and that consent is never a condition of creating an account or using our services. You can withdraw either consent at any time — reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us below.
3. Who we share it with
- Funding partners — lenders, funders, and brokers who evaluate and fund requests like yours. When you submit a funding application, we share the application and any documents you choose to upload with funding partners for the purpose of evaluating and funding your request.
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, communications, and CRM vendors who process data on our behalf.
- Legal — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third-party marketers.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics (e.g., measuring which pages and buttons lead to inquiries). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Your choices and rights
